Castello di Amorosa A Castle In Calistoga
You don’t have to go far to see a Castle. Castello di Amorosa is an authentically-style 13th century Tuscan castle made as in the old days. Located at 4045 St Helena Hwy, Calistoga, CA 94515. Is a beautiful place to go. They have very good wine that you can only buy with them. Most of the employees are Italian, so it will give you that vibe and sensation that you are somewhere else. You can have a self-guided tour, but I would recommend you go for the guided so you can see more. They have a couple of videos playing where you can learn about how the castle was built and how they produce the wine.
The castle is incredibly well design and built. You will find a chapel, a dine room, a torture chamber, armory and a barrel room. The paintings in the wall are also very beautiful and enhance the vibe of the place. They also celebrate different events like a midsummer medieval feast which looks super fun.
